Are duties and taxes included on my order?
We cover all duties & taxes on orders. Please note that carriers may require you to provide additional customs information in order to receive your order.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment centre, your tracking information will also be included in this email. Alternatively, you can use our tracking form.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding United States and Australia Holidays.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.
From the time your order is placed, it could take 2 - 4 days to receive tracking information.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse.
It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email support@nothingprecise.com so we can investigate this for you.
What if I forgot to use a discount code?
Unfortunately if you forget to enter your discount code at the time of checkout we cannot go back and add it for you, as a sale is final once it has been processed. However, you can apply it to your next purchase!
